The goal of this project was to explore a design approach that places the user at the center of a unique interface, while stressing usability as a design objective. I decided to design a touch-screen interface equipped to fit on Delta's in-flight seatback screens. Redesigned as Delta Gravity, it is an effort to increase user interaction and prioritizing simple accessibility to flight information, entertainment, and amenities at the comfort of the passenger's seat. Delta Gravity features advanced accessibility settings, seamless navigation, and a wide selection of entertainment options.

Upon situated in their seats, passengers will be greeted with a welcome screen on each in-flight seatback system. It contains a little welcome message, flight details, and a list of languages provided. Once selecting a language, the passenger will be proceeded to the home screen. The home screen features the main navigation, a flight tracker, current flight details such as altitude, speed, and outdoor temperature, as well as icons for in-flight assistance, volume, brightness, and system settings.

Once the settings menu is accessed, the passenger can read about the on-board WiFi information, adjust accessibility controls including audio and screen display, and select a different system language if necessary.

The 'Entertainment' section is located in the home navigation and features a list of several entertainment options. Movies and TV series are listed in alphabetical order, where the passenger can scroll horizontally to browse. Under the 'Live TV' section, there is channel guide and timeline. The passenger can scroll through the list of available channels, see what shows are currently on, and select a channel to tune in. There is also a gaming section, with a wide selection of games.

Also located in the 'Entertainment' section is the 'Audio' menu. Passengers have a selection of Spotify playlists to browse through and listen to. Once a playlist is selected, the playlist will open, displaying all of its songs. Another audio option are podcasts. Once a podcast is selected, passengers can read its description and select an episode to listen to.

The 'Kids' section located in the home navigation provides movies and series selections that are kid friendly. Similar to the movies and series selections in the 'Entertainment' section, the kids selections are also listed in alphabetical order and allows the passenger to scroll horizontally and browse.

The 'Relax Mode' section located in the home navigation is designed to calm down passengers or helping them get some shut-eye. First, the passenger would choose from a list of looping nature or space backgrounds. Next, they can choose from a list of audio tracks to listen to, which will then take to a screen displaying the selected background and audio track.
